PAYMENT DETAILS: 20% deposit is required at the time of booking your reservation. Balance is due two months prior to arrival date. Late bookings - full payment due on confirmation of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing (e-mails are acceptable). 100% refund of rental fee if cancellation is made 12 weeks prior to arrival date, 50% refund of rental fee if cancellation is made 8-12 weeks prior to arrival date. Rental fee is forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
PAYMENT: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal check, Money Order, or Bank Check acceptable. ALL CURRENCY MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS.
