Rates are inclusive, no additional tax, Service charges, or VAT Fees.
PAYMENT DETAILS:A refundable $200 security deposit is required 12 weeks prior to arrival if paying by check/cash. A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking, balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing (e-mails are acceptable). 100% refund of rental fee if cancellation is made 12 weeks prior to arrival date, 50% refund of rental fee if cancellation is made 8-12 weeks prior to arrival date. Rental fee is forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
PAYMENT: Personal check, Money Order, or Bank Check acceptable.
(JHA Design is the rental agent and this name will appear on your credit card. If you dispute charge without just cause, JHA has the right to charge you any fees that may accrue because of dispute without written cause)
